Onkyo TX-SR608 Receiver Review

If you come to my place of employment you will find that we sell all kinds of jewelry, T-shirts, posters, memorabilia, and tons of other things. We have people from all ages coming into the store during most months, but there was a time when the economic struggles turned our financial situation upside-down. In order to fix the situation, the store owner purchased a home theater system. The idea was to have movies run all day and attract people to come into the store. We also utilized karaoke contests and played music in other areas of the store. During this time we were just hoping for a few people to walk through the doors. Thanks to the Onkyo TX-SR608 we enjoyed watching several people come in daily.

There were so many different benefits I had to write them down for you today:

The first thing that was noticeable had to be the customers enjoyment. They literally felt like a part of the action, and even though the Onkyo TX-SR608 wasn't a store selling piece, it definitely brought in the business. The Blu-Ray discs are supported by DTS as the new Dolby Digital, and AV receiver's features were able to provide a fun time for everyone. There are also several different listening modes you can enjoy. Knowing this we decided to setup the speakers inward and at the customer's levels to provide a great sound.

The center speaker itself is utilized to enhance the front speakers. When everything was positioned correctly it literally sounded like you were in the movie that was playing. It's something I would recommend to everyone and it doesn't matter if it's for business or pleasure. Most importantly; it's extremely affordable.

When you take a look at the subwoofer that handles the bass of the LFE channel you will be impressed. Just remember that the overall quality is going to depend on the room you're using it in, and the placement of it around the room. However, it gives us a great way to attract business in a small store. I believe it's just like a home theater system.

Even though the economy is up one week and down the next, I would recommend using the Onkyo TX-SR608 to drum up business. It's a great way to help with your advertising budget, entertainment budget, and at a much lower cost then you might think. According to 6 different business owners around the area who have used the Onkyo TX-SR608, they have seen a 35% advertising cost reduction and just about the same in profit margin increases. This is a huge benefit if you own a company and are looking for ways to increase your revenue. Oh, and these particular store owners only used it to advertise videos they made with voice overs.

So take some time to get a good look at the Onkyo TX-SR608, because it offers tons of quality and benefits in the work place or at home.
